We are based out of Atlanta, GA, USA. We ship Monday-Saturday. All of our swimwear will be shipped in 1-7 days of your order being placed.
PROCESSING TIME:
SS22 Collection: Will be shipped in 1-2 days of purchase.
Fabric swimwear: Will be handmade and shipped within 3-7 days of purchase.
Crochet swimwear: Will be handmade and shipped within 7-14 days of purchase.
SHIPPING PRICE AND SPEED:
USPS Ground Advantage Mail: For $8.50, USPS First class mail will deliver in 3-7 working days anywhere in the United States. It includes a tracking number, but it doesn't include insurance. If your package is lost by USPS with First Class Mail, Mizuchi Swimwear LLC is not responsible for reimbursement of your order.
USPS Priority Mail: For $11.50, USPS Priority Mail will deliver in 1-3 working days anywhere in the United States. It includes a tracking number and insurance. If you place an order with Priority Mail shipping speed, Mizuchi Swimwear LLC will replace the order if the original order is damaged or lost while in USPS's possession.
INTERNATIONAL USPS First Class Mail: For $29.99, USPS INTERNATIONAL First class mail will deliver in 10-20 working days anywhere in the world. It includes a tracking number, but it doesn't include insurance. If your package is lost by USPS with International First Class Mail, Mizuchi Swimwear LLC is not responsible for reimbursement of your order.
INTERNATIONAL UPS Delivery: For $40, UPS will deliver in 3-7 working days anywhere in the world. It includes a tracking number, but it doesn't include insurance. If your package is lost by UPS international mail, Mizuchi Swimwear LLC is not responsible for reimbursement of your order.
*Mizuchi Swimwear is not responsible for any import taxes your country may impose upon the package.
**CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: If you would like to place an order with Mizuchi Swimwear and would like a cheaper shipping option, please send us an email with your full shipping address and we will reply with a shipping quote.

Here at Mizuchi Swimwear we are proud to make majority of our swimwear right here in our studio located in Atlanta, GA. When you purchase one of our Made-To-Order bikinis, that means we make it specifically for you. After you purchase, we get straight to work! Your bikini is cut to your desired style, size, and color. Then it's sewn together by our experienced bikini seamstress. Finally, your garment will be tagged, packaged up, and sent on its way to you!
The time it takes to make each style varies, and depending on how many orders we have in queue it's hard to predict a precise timeline on when your Made-To-Order bikini will ship. Our standard timeline is 3-7 days. If you've placed an order and want a precise expected ship date, please email us at mizuchiswimwear.com.
This process isn't as quick as other brands on the market who get thousands of bikinis made in bulk overseas, but we believe in doing things the old fashioned way! It's the most sustainable shopping option as we never produce more than we can sell. Therefore, theres way less waste!

Here at Mizuchi Swimwear we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! Because all of our pieces are completely made by hand, we do not accept returns for full refunds. We will however exchange your item for another in our shop to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. Please review our exchange policies below.
Sun Soaked Launch 1:
All items from Sun Soaked Launch 1 are eligible for an exchange with an item of lesser or equal value.
Sun Soaked Launch 2:
All fabric swimwear within Launch 2 are able to be exchanged for an item of lesser or equal value.
Crochet swimwear within Launch 2 of ‘Sun Soaked’ are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged or refunded.
All S/S 2022 Collection Items are final sale: they will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
***If the hygienic liner is missing, we cannot accept the exchange due to sanitary concerns.
Mizuchi Swimwear LLC does not offer free exchange shipping, exchange postage will be paid for by the customer.
Exchanges will not be completed until Mizuchi Swimwear LLC has received the customer’s original item.

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us for an exchange. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of your original purchase date. We will not accept exchanges after 30 days. All items being exchanged, must be unworn and have the hygiene sticker and tags still attached. If the item has been worn and the hygiene sticker is missing, we will refuse to exchange the item due to our sanitary standards.
